Commonwealth Finance Ministers produced a communiqué advocating further work to develop effective crisis response facilities and debt relief proposals for small and vulnerable countries. DFI wrote the background study on options to reduce the debt burden of SVEs, and made major inputs into supporting analysis of debt sustainability for low-income countries.
