HIPC Ministers Meet in Istanbul

The last meeting of the HIPC Ministerial Forum took place in Istanbul on 3 October followed by a press conference on 4 October. This meeting focused on debt sustainability and the MDGs,climate change finance, and future plans for debt strategy capacity-building.
