Paris Club Advisory Service
DRI staff and associates have advised many low-income and middle-income debtor countries on their negotiations with the Paris Club. This involves:
- preparation including debt data, the economic policy memorandum and the debt relief request.
- attendance and advisory support at the Paris Club multilateral meeting.
- follow-up support in negotiating bilateral arrangements with individual creditors and verifying that they provide the debt relief agreed multilaterally.
