The Development Finance International Group is a non-profit capacity-building, advocacy, advisory and research group which works with more than 50 governments and international organizations worldwide.
DFI has helped many countries to prepare new external resource mobilisation strategies and design aid policies. This assistance has included conducting analyses for countries, but in general DFI prefers to build countries’ capacity to do their own analysis and strategy design. For this purpose it has developed extensive training and capacity-building materials.
