Debt strategy and public finance technical briefings
DFI has prepared a series of technical briefing notes on debt strategy and public finance which form part of its range of training materials. These technical briefings are designed to provide detailed practical information on specific aspects of debt strategy and public finance policy and analysis.
The policy briefings include accessing international bond markets, organizing a country credit rating, designing an aid policy, and setting national borrowing limits. More technical briefings focus on how to implement and calculate details of debt relief and new financing needs, and on the use of HIPC CBP domestic and new financing strategy templates, and the Debt-Pro© and LIC-DSF simulation tools.
